CREDITS AND PUBLICITY CREDITS a) The CMCC must be clearly credited as the organizer of the exhibition in all publicity and promotional products. b) All promotional and public relations products must use the following credit line: English: French: c) The CMCC logo and the Canada word mark must be included on all publicity and promotional products produced by the Borrower for this exhibition. CMCC to supply all logos which are not be altered or modified in any way by the Borrower. PUBLICITY (a) The Borrower must give full credit to the CMCC and other persons or institutions as stipulated above, in all acknowledgements, press releases, invitations, posters, catalogues, banners, credit panels and other material relating to the exhibition. The Borrower agrees to send publicity materials, c/o Malcah Sussman, Travelling Exhibitions Coordinator, for CMCC approval. The CMCC agrees to respond within no more than 2 working days.(b) The Borrower agrees to complete and send to the CMCC a summary report within two months of the exhibition's close. It will include attendance figures, copies of press clippings, exhibition reviews, installation photos, and other pertinent information collected as a result of the display of the exhibition at the Borrower's premises. Evaluation questionnaire will be provided by CMCC and should be sent to CMCC c/o Malcah Sussman, Coordinator, Travelling Exhibitions Program. (c) Should there be an opening event for this exhibition, the Borrower agrees to invite the members of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the CMCC and include a CMCC representative in the opening event scenario.
